well actually one side has the white lettering out the other doesn't :)
I took the wheels in 2 at a time to get hte new tires mounted. they would have charged me to remount them to have them switched to the inside. GRrrrr. those tires were just to get it on the road and driving they won't be on for the long haul. i am leaning toward the 255/85 r16 trxus MT's they are only 32.7 toall but only 10.10 wide midght be tall and skinny enought to satidfy my need ofor a tall skinny. besides if i don't like them Randy will buy them for his troopy........

WOW, that is great!! You have a market for rides in that, no doubt!

On the heater...what model did you use from them? Is it just a heater or AC too?

Very very nice :clap::clap::clap:

Boy that sure would look nice parked next to my '64...love to colors!! I don't think mine will be ready this summer :frown:

Why not get a small DD, and save the LV? I drove a brand new Yaris for a couple days (garage car) and it was alright, but for a few extra bucks a month (like very little extra) I'd go for a new Corolla...I tried an automatic '09 Corolla, and I was really impressed with what you got for the buck...they really are great cars...but I'd get a 5 speed!

Just my .02.

Can we see more picts of the interior? Really nice looking LV!!!

SwampYankee88 thanks!!

Mad Jack I just went with there little heater no ac while I have future plans for an ac I wanted to get it on the road and seehow it drove and the like first. the center vent and the wing vents keep the air moving so i am leaning away from ac.we'll see. I forget the model number and gave my catolg to 82cruiser but its there little 200 dollar heater.

My wife said no FJ!: my commute is 2 miles I ride my bike most days if it rains I ride my bike, if it snows I slap the studded tires on my bike, so I need another car like a hole in the head :) as I said on my build thread I only drive 20-40 miles awek in the lv max and if I have to go off island i use my wifes 2006 rav4. I lvive in town so most things are walking distance. but I did not build this lv to sit in the garge it sat there for 3 plus years. its guna get driven.

Optical illusion or road grade....looks like the truck is leaning toward the driver's side in each picture.

That's the factory installed gangsta lean....;)

Fog, thanks for the info, I went to their site, I'll get a catalog.

My buddy Paul does the same thing with his bike...except he works shift, so sometimes he's riding home around 3AM

I think I actually drive less than you do (for now I work at home) and often thought about making the '64 a DD...just don't want to see it rust away because of the salt :frown: Besides...the '64 is supposed to be a hobby :):steer:

My wife said blah and thought your LV was ugly. I told her it was my dream cruiser and it will be mine someday. I think I will need a lawyer if your truck ever goes up for sale. She likes "cute" ones so she doesn't like the Pumpkin much either. Woman is dancing on thin ice. FWIW, she hated my old LV and thought it looked like an ambulance.

Your LV pic is my new screensaver.

Looks great! Thanks for the pics.

Jason, remind me before I see you next time, I'll bring my twenty year old pint of tire black..............yeah, that's what it's for. :)
