Where would the camera mount on a truck with ambulance doors?

Is the rearview mirror always presenting video or can it be turned off while driving to just function as a rearview mirror?

First off... I'm in love with your Cruiser.. 😍

With the ambulance doors, there are a few different options I would suggest. The easiest option would be license plate mount that would be offset, but with the 140* viewing angle from the camera I would expect it to still provide solid visibility. If you are not going to do a dark tint you can mount the camera inside, and if it can be close enough to the glass wouldn't block the field of view. If you are going to do a bumper with tire carrier, that would be an other option using the spare tire mount.

The system is meant to be used full time to help with obstructed views, but absolutely can be turned off and utilized as a standard rearview mirror.

Since we did the post, we did come up with a kit specifically for the 60/62 that keeps a clean finish inside. (Also, huge thanks to @ThreeEyedBandit for bringing his 62 over for us to drool over and confirm fit!)
