Looking to replace my leather through Lseats, can anyone tell me which color is the best match for my 97 80 series with tan/ oak interior? They won’t send samples and it’s hard to tell from photos.

Do a search in this section for LSeat and you'll get a few threads describing who chose what, as well as a few goods and bads about their products.

I went with Lseat for my front replacements. You have to order sample set for like a couple of dollars. I think the bisque matches really well.

Overall I'm happy with my leathers but I have seen a set from LCH up close and those are indeed much nicer. They are also much more expensive, so you have to decide where your priorities are. For me a decent set of replacements that weren't ripped to shreds at a decent price was exactly what I was after.

I have Lseat leather installed on my front driver and passenger seat. It was installed in April, May, June of 2017 right before a long trip out west. The leather was thick and supple and made the front seats much more comfortable than the sun hardened, hole ridden OEM leather.

Feb 2021 and I would not recommend Lseat. I've put 20K miles on the Cruiser since installation. The leather is soft but is cracking and showing signs of accelerated wear along the edges. I didn't expect much from $300 aftermarket leather but I'm not going to be real happy replacing leather that's only 4 years old.

Save your money and go to Mosley. 80 Series Leather Upholstery — MOSLEY MOTORS - https://www.mosleymotors.com/leatherinteriors/80-series-leather-upholstery

BTW, there is NO aftermarket support from Lseat. I was only notified that my order was placed. I received no response to multiple followup emails.

I chose Dark Beige and seems to be a pretty good match to the original seats still in to the second row. This is what i use on it from time to time Fiebing's Aussie Leather. I try to condition twice a year and it is ok. I will say the lseat leather that i put in a 100 series a few weeks back seems to be even nicer leather than what i put in in 2017.
