Yeah, I was gonna say I don't know how to get in or out lol. All I have is a paper map for now.

Trip report! haha, man I wish I could have gone. I ended up getting a call at 2am my mom and sis needed a ride home from the ER in tacoma out to Enumclaw everyone is fine but I would have been to tired to get up at 6 after getting back to sleep at 4:30.

I'm with Kyle. Post a trip report.

Took us a bit to find the entrance, the map I previously posted is worthless I discovered. Ended up asking some Jeepers directions. Dain looked at me like I was crazy when I finally found the entrance. Very steep, very narrow

After a bit of a smokeshow, Dain made it up. I made it up right behind him, I needed a bit of wheelspin / momentum also. Shortly after we ran into some more jeeps, one broke down blocking the trail. We eventually squeezed passed him, climbed up and over some more roots and downed trees, through some baby puddles. Eventually came to two massive downed trees, with a super tight / slick muddy frozen path between them. We tried to skirt around, I went first going through a puddle.

I should have checked the depth first. Ended up stuck in the middle of it, water halfway up my doors. I climbed out through the window, crawled over the roof, opened the hatch and got my strap, hooked it to my hitch and tossed it to Dain who hooked it up to his truck. I went back through the cab of the truck to the driver seat, where I noticed my pedals were now underwater. I shifted into reverse and stuck my foot on the accelerator. Thankfully Dain was able to pull me out.

Anyway, we've passed a few splits in the trail, at this point we decided since we weren't entirely sure where the exit was, the one map I had already proved itself to be useless, was time to U Turn. I think we made it about halfway through the 'Lower Naches' section. It was doable, but a locker is (almost) a necessity out there. Before I do lower Naches next time I'm going to have some 'real' recovery gear as well, because all I had was a heavy duty ratchet strap. If that hadn't of been able to pull me out, I would have been up s*** creek LOL.

But we had fun, the short section we did was definitely a challenge and show me some weaknesses I need to take care of.

Took a few pics, will host 'em here in a bit.

lol, it's bad man. That carpet smelled like a wet dog ever since the first time I crossed Surprise Lake.

It's all out, came out in pieces damn near. Doubt that it'll be going back in. I'll check out the carpet in the ones in the junkyard.

I've got some rust repair to do. Small issue in driver side floor pan, I can see the ground through the sheet metal in one spot. =P It's pretty localized it looks like, doubt it'll be hard to take care of.

I'll probably be rolling around bare floors for a lil while.

Yah easier to clean anyway
