The wife and I are going camping at Hunting Island Nov 1 thru 8th. Any good shops or wheelin in the Beaufort area? I have a 60 that needs alot of parts.

Beaufort has a nice waterfront walking/shops area, definitely check it out. As for "ride", none to speak of unless someone with private land chimes in. I am assuming you have CG reservations, it gets busy from Oct thru Nov. Have fun! 
There is this place called the Mud hole. It is a privately owned piece of land some where behind the walmart in Beaufort. the Jeep club meets at Taco Bell at 1200 on Sundays and they go there get muddy and that's about it. I have never been there but some of the Drill Instructors with jeeps who worked for me like it a lot.

We had a great time out on the island. The weather was near perfect all week. It was good to hear the sound of freedom coming from MCAS.
