Super clean. 2 owners. Been mine since June 2002. Clean Carfax available.
I don’t drive it enough (only 30K miles since 2018) and the few mechanical issues aren’t worth the money/hassle right now. I tried to cover all the issues in this post

3/2023 Car backed into TLC while parked
- Rear bumper refinished and buffed
- Had front hood repainted, clear coat was flaking
8/2011 (141K) RAV 4 with rear mounted tire backed into TLC in parking lot
replaced Front bumper, grille, front lamp assembly, hood, radiator, air con condenser assembly
repair right and left fender panel


Imperfections:
Clear coat worn on rear quarter panels and roof
Scratch on driver mirror and minor scratches on doors
Small dent on right rear quarter panel
Backup camera sometimes glitches due to tension on wire assembly from screen to rear camera
Cup holder lid 1st row broken
Cup holder mechanism 2nd row inoperable

Thanks for the information. I'm in the midwest so the shop wouldn't work for me. I was hoping you procured the seat covers yourself from a vender and had them installed by the shop.
