Clutch pedal started feeling really weak/loose and would disengage only almost all the way at the bottom.

Checked the fluid resevior, completely dry:o:o:o:o.

Seems to be slowly leaking inside the cab. Quick clean-up was done.

Going to order up master and slave cylinders and a flex hose if i can find it.

Question time:
Is Aisin the OEM manufacturer? Y'all know a good place to get this stuff?

Also, there is a metallic ticking noise(slli-tick, slli-tick) coming from the left front of the truck, which increases with speed. Knuckle rebuild time?

Thanks!
Gene

PS that float puck thing really messed with my head, never seen anything like it before!

Thanks for the replies!

Any input on the noise guys? Any specific source that y'all recommend?

Put grease in knuckles and tie rods see if it goes away. Mike

There is a square plug in the top of the nuckle that you remove. Stick the end of the grease gun in there and pump away. Easy!

Later,

Are your hubs in the 'locked' position? If so, that could be the 'tick'... the hubs 'tick', increasing with speed, when in the locked position (not in 4wd).

I'm fairly certain they are not locked (unless somehow the "tumbler" is broken)
But what i will do is lock it and see if the noise goes away. I can only hear it with the windows down, but i want to fix it anyways!

Thanks for the input, guys!
