i loved hunting in snow...one thing I miss about living in Charleston...chasing deer, hogs or small game with my longbow in the snow. 
Didn't get above 55 degrees in the shop today. I'm going to have to fire up the wood stove!
It was about 65 in mine today, was actually pretty nice in there. We shall see tomorrow though. Got everyone coming over and going to have the doors open a few times getting trucks in.
I hate having the doors closed on the shop. I am sure they will be open tomorrow and I'll just dress for it. I put off closing the doors and firing up the wood stove as long as I can.
I was impressed with the wood stove last winter, days that were in the 20s outside and the stove heated 30X40X12 block building with no insulation in the walls or attic to a constant 65-67.

it actually wasn't that bad..... love cold water.... can't stand the bath tub warm water we have over here.
I'll take you out surfing in February, it'll be about as cold as it is in Cali in the summer....
I have never seen snow in October before. I need to get further south.

yeah a couple of my employees I hired from App State and they told me "thanks" for telling them it was going to snow and be cold. I asked them....you were there four years and cant figure out it is going to be cold starting in October up there...LOL?
ahaha... yeah we were laughing - bunch of southern georgia fans looked flabbergasted at how cold it was when the wind blew and the sun went in... it was very funny.
