Looking to rent large shop in Ft Worth (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, I'm getting stationed in Ft Worth early next year and looking for a shop to rent. I've found a few on CL that are close to what I want, but not perfect. If anyone knows a place, please let me know.

Must haves:
1600+ ft/²
Full bathroom (or at least water and sewer already plumbed)
Enough outside parking for two tractor-trailers
Easy access and turn-around for semis
Ability to live there full or part time.

Preferred, but not mandatory:
14' bay door(s)
Shower
Small office
Storage mezzanine (over office)

There's a place near my house (south of lake Benbrook) that is currently for rent. Here's a google maps image. I think it was previously used as a pipe supply yard , so there is likely some land included (2-3 acres). Its been cleaned up a good bit since this image. Try Hicks airfield on Bonds Ranch Rd. Lots of hangers used as shops on a private airfield. One of Metal shops does business out there...some people live in lofts in the hangers.

I actually know someone who is selling a live-in space at Hicks Field. If interested let me know and I will pass on contact info .

I don't think I can afford to buy a place there, but if anyone has some contact info for rental inquiries at that air field, that would be great.
