Looking to Learn How to Wrench in SoFla

I've always enjoyed being a DIYer. I bought my 80 in January and unfortunately cars are one of the things I just don't know a thing about. I'd like to learn to work on my 80, but reading internet forums and eHow isn't cutting it .

Is there anyone in the South Florida area that does their own work on their cruisers. If so, would you be amenable to inviting me just to watch and learn from you? Just looking to learn basic stuff. I know you can youtube almost anything, but I prefer to learn hands-on. I'm located in Miami.

Just kidding. I don't know sh** about mech either. There's got to be a few guys in Your area that know their way around cruisers. Keeping reading the 80 series forum and look for their location, And contact them. I know there was a guy who drove his 80 series from Miami to GSMTR in Tenn. last mo. Good luck
