Looking to Buy

I am very close to being a proud, long-awaited, owner of a 1972 FJ40 that is mostly original. I was able to drive it over the weekend and hope to be able to drive it for a few days before I make a decision. Since I am not that car savvy (but really want to be) I would like to get it looked at by someone who knows their way around these pretty well.

With that being said, can anybody please recommend a good FJ40 specialist around San Antonio or would any owners be willing to meet me somewhere to take a look at it?

Nice Cruiser! Welcome mate.... I don't know of any specific land cruiser guys but myself and a fellow mudder have both had our fj40s worked on by a guy on the southside on 410 and moursund. Shoot me a pm
