Hey Folks, been cruising the forum for information as I'm looking at moving into a Landcruiser for a daily driver. A fellow nearby is selling a BJ78 turbo diesel RHD imported in Canada from Japan. Seems in decent shape, has the 3B engine. Going to look at it soon, any advice on what to look for. I cruised the forum looking for info but didn't have much luck finding any on this specific model.

Any help is much appreciated.
 
There are a number of Cruiser clubs in your region (Clubhouses section above) and perhaps they can join you to take a look. If the BJ has endured Canadian Winters I would inspect closely for rust.
