Fixed it for you.

I knew that would happen, though you were far quicker with it than I anticipated... Well done.

Cruiser is in the running. Just always kinda had an affinity for the mini's and 4R's. We'll see.

Kinda thinking an 08-09 V8 4R, SR5.

I have driven several 4.7 4 runners...
Not even close to the hundo
I even drove one with 70k that was junk compared to the hundo with 100k more miles.

Find yourself a 15k hundo put 5k worth of goodies on it and you'll be the coolest kid on the block.
And I bet you would still ahead on the money.

How much you want to spend? I have a '94 that I don't want to get rid of, but don't really need...

Want to buy a 2010 Tacoma, Double Cab, Short Bed, OME springs / shocks all around, Light Racing UCA's, locker, skids, sliders, 285 BFG AT's?

About to tip 37k on the clock. Always changed the oil on 5k intervals with M1.

Could be yours for the right price. Kicking around the idea of getting a 4Runner to take up the mantle as family truckster.

Got my mind set on a LC. I loved my '93 and ready to get back in one

Try CL and search all over. You'd be amazed at what you find.

Been searching pretty hard lately. Looked at several local and as far as Knoxville. Think I'm going to buy one of them tomorrow. I'll post pics of whatever I get.

Good luck!

If anyone is interested, I have a neighbor that wants to sell a 2000 LC with 259,000 miles. Looks good for the age and miles with no modifications. Does not have locking diff. Wants about $8,500.00. Doubt he would decline an offer for $8,000. Has grease on cv joints and may need rebuilding. Has some small dents in hood. Seats and tires are good, steering wheel needs covering and interior could use a good cleaning. Exterior seems real clean, (steam cleaners do that), and no evidence of off road use. Don't know anything about maintenance. He bought it from a used car dealer in Trussville not wanting to keep one with that many miles. ??? Might be worth seeing if a 100 is in your plans.

Let me know if you're interested.

Search tempest is the stuff when searching craigslist. Good luck finding what you like. You could buy a pre-built roof and sell all the pieces off of it and them rebuild it. I know that sounds counter productive but the penile ones never get what the owner spent out of them and usually you could part with all the goodies and still have a really nice truck to start over on. Also a lot of folks who build them just build them to be mall queens. So find a well built mall queen for 6k and sell 2-3k worth of goodies and start over.

Sent from my Droid thingy using IH8MUD

The decision was made....the pile should be home this evening!! I'm excited about wrenching on a truck again. I'll post pics when I get it. Looking forward to hopefully doing some trail riding with guys in
the future.

Your first mod should be a supercharger..
All 80s need a supercharger to be worth anything on the highway.

As chance would have it I have one that I would sell you.

Did it come from Huntsville?

Yes it did. I feel I got it at pretty good Price. Short term will be lift and a few other minor things. Long long term will be fuel injected v8 swap. I've always wanted to do that in an 80. I put one in my 40 and it turned out great but wasn't fuel injected.

Did you cycle the lockers.?
