Handful of gaffer dolphin - nothing to write home about . There were a few nice hoos caught and some tuna IIRC, but last year it was not a huge haul. Of course, if the water temps are up a tad more with this nonexistent winter... who knows.

So I'm reading reviews on camp grounds on the OBX and that Frisco Woods campground has some pretty bad reviews here and here. Something about a grumpy park manager...any of you guys that recommended them got a counter-review?
So far it looks like we are going across at Manteo and staying in a B&B the first two nights near Nags Head, then travelling south towards Okracoke and camping the rest of the week.

They've always been good to me. One guy was "grumpy" about me trying to get my LPG tanks filled, but it wasn't anything worth writing a review about.
We don't exactly follow their rules to the letter, yet they have never bothered us and have always been receptive to our business. It's probably just a matter of who's working the front office when you need assistance. With that said, I highly recommend Frisco Woods personally, and won't stay anywhere else until they give me a reason to change that.
