Looking for this little piece from my throttle body 2lte (1 Viewer)

Hey I had this go missing a little awhile ago, so I made something but it’s not really air tight so I was wondering if I should replace this and would it make a performance difference?. If so any ideas where I could get one

That's where the secondary butterfly emissions actuator used to connect? I haven't really looked into it, but is it possible to remove the butterfly and shaft entirely? Fill the hole with some JB weld or something? LOL. Just an idea.
