After 2 1/2 years I have finally been able to get the 40 on the road. I have a set of factory rims with clips that I want to use. I've been looking for a set of used BFG's to put on in place of the rollers I bought. Mud or All terrains are fine, although I'd prefer the Muds. Im in Milford, MA but am all over New England for work. If anyone knows of a full set please let me know.
Thanks!
Rob

Have you checked the classifieds on NEOW?
Usually something there.

Yeah, I check there all the time. For tires, it ebbs and flows, but Im on almost every day.

Are these the factory wheels that you were selling before? Are those still for sale?

I got a set of drum brake wheels for my drum brake cruiser and they don't fit so I am looking for some disk brake wheels

Yeah, they're the ones I was selling. I decided to go with a skinnier tire. I really wish they made a Trxus in a 10" width.

Edit: I just got my 2+ year project on the road last weekend. If I show up with another rig, Im going to have to be able to sleep in it. I have some axles Im trying to sell as it is.

Maybe Millis Used Auto Parts? They have a tire shop with used ones. Goldie's junkyard in Walpole? WantAdvertiser? TireRack.com is good too.

Still looking for some tall skinnies.

I found a set of 4 new 31's on EBAY about a year ago.
They were $400 with shipping included, MT's.

That was the best deal going...They are generic, but working good for my needs.

Search and scrutinize the ebay adds. I am guessing money factor is what has kept you lookin, cause you could just buy em' from a dealer right? I was on a tight budget and found the ebay the best deal around.

If it were a factory soft top, I'd really be interested.

Money is always an issue for me. Im not poor, but not rich by any means. I'd like to get a brand new set of 5 Mud Terrains but its not in the cards.

FYI There is a pair of 33"x9.5x15 BFG AT's at this place in NH for $49each...He has two pcs. They look to have at least 75% tread left.

He also has a pair of Uniroyal Loredo 33"x10.5x15 AT.

Canon Tire, They sell "Used" tires. Located right off exit 8 on I-91 Ascutney VT.
