Looking for second hand access to toyota labor book.....

Looking for a mudder who has access to toyota's in-house labor book for installation of following:

Toyota 84306-60080 Clock Spring Spiral Cable Sub-Assembly on 2004 lc.

Reason: my local dealer...er stealer is quoting me like $1500+ just for labor to install. this is a 1/2 hour job according to my youtube research.

I'm hesitant to do the job my self as 1) safety item (life/death), 2) wickedly complex integration of electrics in the vehicle (in general).

If possible, point me to the source as well (ammo for my negotiations).
