Have a new to me 97 Taco 4x4 2.7 liter/5 spd. Going over it, it needs a few things replaced, namely the p/s pump and exhaust manifold. Getting prices online is there a preferred after market company for these like Dorman or anyone else you've had good results with? Yeah I know C-Dan and all that but I'm looking for cheap and durable........

There's a recent thread on this in here. I went with a Pacesetter and I've only had it a little over a week so I can't give a review just yet.

Don't go cheap, you'll just be buying it twice.

Check out some of the stuff in the 4runner FAQ, the Taco has the same front suspension and steering components and there is a ton of applicable info there.
