Looking for help with timing belt or cheap transportation for sale (1 Viewer)

My brother lives in Overland Park and his 2003 Cadillac CTS needs a timing belt installed. I thing he can do it, but someone more experienced and some tools would help. Also, if someone has an old beater car for sale I could buy for him, that would work also. I am just trying to help him, but I am in AZ, so I thought asking here might be an option. PM me if you have any ideas.
