Looking for help with small metal working / welding project. (1 Viewer)

TAC: Looking to see if anyone would like to take on a small project, as I have zero experience with metal working or welding. I am needing a plate cut to place behind the rear cross member where the pintle is to sturdy up the area. I would like to have four nuts welded to the plate, as my threads for the pintle holes are gone. Trying to finally mount a spare tire carrier that I purchased back in December 2019! Anyone up for it?
