Wanted Looking for an 80 series cruiser

Hello, i am relatively new here and I am currently in the market for a new to me Cruiser. I am not very picky at this time as long as it is priced accordingly. I only have 3 non negotiable criteria at this point.
1 - Nearly rust free
2 - $9000 max.
3 - DD reliable

This will be a DD for me so I need it to be in good running order when i take delivery of the cruiser. Granted i only put on about 150 miles a week, i just don't want a project right now.

Here are some preferences in no particular random order
Locked
Clean leather interior
200,000 miles or less
Good maintenance history
No major accidents
Burgandy / maroon color
3rd row seats
