Hi everyone. I just completed a 3b swap on my fj40 and the only part I am missing is the water pump pulley. I was wondering if someone would have a spare one to sell. I'm looking for the shalow model (one groove ... no power steering) Thanks to all ! :D
 
there are several different versions depending on the donor vehicle, accessories and vintage...

ok, I have a 3B from a 1982 bj60 I'm not sure about the equipment the vehicle had but I didn't get anything fancy with the engine (no ac or power steering) if it can help I can take a pic of the fan I have and measure the distance between the seat and the "body" of the water pump.

Here are the measurements I got.

- Seat diameter 78 mm (probably close to the inner diameter of pulley)
- Oposite studs are roughly 64 mm apart. (if different I can modify)
- The depth should be close to 45 mm from the seat to the deepest part of the belt groove.

I hope these infos will help. :frown:

Dealership is the other option but they ask for 100 $ +

Got a banged up one that could be fixed with a little effort, water pump shaft broke and bent the pully a tad.

Well ... Still looking for a bj60 3b water pump pulley.
if anyone has one or can help me find one, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm so desperate I'm thinking of moding a 4 runner pulley since it has a similar seat. Thanks to all.
