I just imported the truck a couple months ago, and it came with some performance upgrades that I wasn't expecting. Bigger turbo, intercooler, boost controller, blowoff valve, and a computer module under the seat which I assume is supporting an ECU remap.

I love that the truck has tons of power, but I lack the knowledge and experience to work on a system like this. It seems to be working well but I want to make sure it's running a safe amount of boost, and see how much power it's actually making.

I have taken it to EBI cruisers in Coquitlam already to have some work done, but they weren't able to work on this system.

A couple weeks ago I started getting engine codes related to the turbo. 33 and 35, intake shutter control circuit and turbo pressure sensor circuit.

I need a shop in the Vancouver area that might know their way around these upgrades. Any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Pics would be a good start so we can try and work out what you've got

So first thing I suggest is that you clean up the engine bay and the air filter. Then call around the tuner shops and see who knows how to work with HKS. All the mods would have been listed on the auction papers.
I'll clean it up yeah, just got back from a weekend in the mud.

Oddly enough most of this stuff wasn't listed in the auction sheet. 90% of it was a surprise.

I've contacted many shops, but all the performance shops here that do Toyota won't touch diesels, and all the diesel shops won't touch Toyotas!

Thankfully a local diesel mechanic has reached out to me through Facebook. He's from New Zealand and has experience with cruisers, and he's offered to see what he can do.
