I have a decent used one available. It's not perfect, but it will hold oil. Needs a media blast and some paint. US $300 plus postage.
I also have a late model B series pan (new old stock - estimated 1990s and later vintages) that only needs slight mods to fit the earlier 3B. US $425 plus shipping
