Generally compressors (and brackets) are specific to engine series, not body series.
Most pre 1990 Landcruisers use 10P-15C compressor bodies, but there are variations in the segments that are stacked together to create the compressor body, which result in Engine series specific Compressor bodies. The rotors also differ between B, H, F series. Most compressors end up with the same 4 bolt mounting pattern but the rotor and segment dimensions put the belt pulley in the wrong place to line up with the Crank pulley and tensioner pulley.
So the answer to your question is Yes, and No.
Compressor and bracket/tensioner etc will be same between a BJ60 and BJ70, but not the same between an FJ/HJ60 and a BJ70
Clutch stators are fairly interchangeable between models.
Clear as mud?
I don't have the 13B-T AC pulley for the crank but I may have a certain 12H-T pulley which can be redrilled to work, or you can order new from US toyota dealer.. last time I checked they were still available.
I probably have some HJ61 AC hoses which should work to connect B series compressor to 60 series Condensor.
