Just buy some contacts and swap em out, its easy. I robbed a set of contacts from a 22re starter for the misses 62 a few months ago.
On a side note, I despise working on that 62! What a cluster fxxx. To pull the alternator the other day I had to pull the batt, the shroud, the fan, the smog pump, and the upper rad hose..... Fxxx these things! I can change the alternator in a 4skinner in the time it takes to fill up gas. ahhh thats better.
