Wanted Looking for a 2004 + LX 470

I found a 2006 LX 470 with ~200, 000 miles and has a long CarFax report bouncing through a handful of owners. The report is clean though, with no issues and lots of maintenance records, no accidents.

The mileage is the only thing I have a slight worry about with upcoming maintenance requirements. But other than that, I'm overlooking small gripes, like color, sound, etc. I think I'd like to go see it in person. The price also fits within the KBB range. Is there anything else I should consider that I'm not thinking of before I decide to pull the trigger?

200K miles is low mileage on these vehicles, so no worries on that. If it checks out and nothing is out of order i don't see why you should pass up on it.

I have a 2001 LX470 with 172k miles on it. VIN JTJHT00W913504445. Owners manual is stamped by Westside Lexus in Houston through the first 131k miles. It has a dent in the tailgate from backing into a pole, but it doesn't affect the latch or alignment with the top lid. It has a dent in the hood from someone in the shop dropping something on it.
