Looking Best Wiper Blades: Fit, Longevity and Offroad use

I bought a set of cheap chinesium silicone refills from amazon that I put on my old frontier. They seem to be working well and less than $4 shipped. Swapping my wifes gx over to silicone next.

Northern California finally received some real stretches of rainy weather. My August-installed PIAA silicon wipers didn't degrade after sitting in the california sun for 4 months. They slide silently and smoothly across my windshield, and leave no streaks behind.

Three more months have passed. The PIAA still working great. Completely silent and no streaks. The only caveat is that I don't drive my GX much. It's not my daily driver and I only put in about 5K miles per year. Still good to know that the PIAA has not degraded in the sun.

Mine are the same. But I also don't daily my GX...

Never had any complaints with Bosch Evolutions on all my cars. Tried some Trico Flex blades for my newly purchased GX, time will tell I suppose.

I usually replace mine every other year cause ice and snow always ruin them a little in the winter. I treat the windshield with RainX and that cuts down on my wiper use. Don't see the need to buy anything over $15 per blade.

I run RainX Expert Fit Beam on everything I own and chuck 'em every 6 months.

Another update. It's another four months and the PIAA are still working great. Lots of sun here but the wipers work smoothly and silently.
