#1 - 2007 white had 130k miles, had the TB done at 95k, when I first walked up to it found the paint to be peeling by the rear window (see pic) - not sure if this would ever stop. Engine looked clean. Then I looked inside - you know the girl that has way too much make up on, like you could scrape it with a snow plow? That's how the driver seat looked, obvious bad leather "repair" job. (BMW Katy frwy)

#2 - 2008 white with 124k miles, water pump was replaced but could not verify TB (no sticker). It had some type of plastic film on the hood and part of fender that was crackled (see pic). The interior was very worn and not cared for at all. (BMW Katy frwy)

#3 - 2006 ash blue mica with 106k miles. This one did not have the TB replaced but spent 3 years in NY. The dash was cracked in numerous places, seat leather looked bad, and missing right rear wheel mud flap plastic body piece. (Audi on 90)

I didn't drive any of them. I could not handle how bad they looked on the inside. The leather could be replaced but the rest of the interior was unfortunately not worth my time. Not sure if I'm being too picky but, I'm disappointed people don't take better care of their vehicles.

Man, I hear ya. It just boggles my mind that people treat a nice vehicle so poorly. When I was looking for my GX I got really discouraged. Eventually I ran across a local one owner GX with high miles at a Porsche dealer. It had been a trade-in, and it was obvious that it had been cared for meticulously. Two years later, it has been fantastic and I still marvel at how well it runs, drives, and looks despite the miles.

Gotta look through a lot of rocks before you find the diamond.
