I have a 60 and an 80 series that I want to drive for the next 30 years. At this point they are already 30 years old. Anything original plastic on my 74 Bronco is brittle and barely hanging on but fortunately replacements are easy.

As fewer and fewer OEM parts are still available what do we do to keep these on the road in regards to electrical parts. Even if I stockpile parts off of junked vehicles those parts are still just as old. Is there a "Toyota Wiring Kit" that has new electrical connections that could be kept on hand to splice new connectors onto existing wiring as needed? Is there a really a good solution to this issue?
