Long shot! Need to move a large aftermarket gas tank from S. Ontario to S. Cali

Hi,

I know this is a long shot, but I'm selling a large aftermarket gas tank and have a interested buyer in southern California.

A gas tank that has contained any fuel is considered a
hazmat load and must be transported by a carrier with
the proper permits and displaying the proper placards.

An ' aftermarket ' tank with no CSA or UL listing that
has not been independently certified for use in an auto
is a bomb for all intentional purposes .....

Crossing the border with it can get your rig confiscated
and land you in jail ....
