Maybe I can get Kerry to send me some pics under his hood of the alternator to battery connections so I can get this completed and wired. The wiring was a mess and not correct for the dual battery/isolator setup and the factory wiring harness was cut.
I will take pics and document it as I am working and once I get it completed correctly I will document it. I Do not want to start a thread like Bill did and change directions so many times due to everyones input because it muddies the water and makes it difficult to follow and get "the" answer you were looking for.

Yeah it is back together but the AC is still not working. Just had it charged fully after I rebuilt my compressor so I am taking it to Murf's place to get checked while I am getting the windows tinted. I must have a slow leak somewhere.
