I need someone to help build a hidden winch system for 100 series. Similiar to the pdf attached. I like the way they did the cradle for the winch to sit on.

Does anyone have a person that could bend/weld a piece a metal for me similiar to the pdf?

Thanks,

I would post this up on NC4x4.com you will find a variety of guys willing to help out on this.

Personally, if I keep the 80, what I am planning on doing is buying a "Jeep winch mount" at Harbor Freight for $50ish.

Then modding it as needed to fit under the front bumper. My goal would be for the front mounting surface to meet the bumper/cover itself.

The reason for that is instead of cutting the large hole, I would cut a very small hole for the cable to go thru and then bolt the roller fairlead to the outside of the front bumper (thru it / into the winch mount) so the only thing showing is the fairlead / no big hole.

The other thing I would do is mount it upside down so that you can reach under the bumper to turn the engage/disengage lever easily.

But the item you are showing is not "that hard" to build / you should be able to find a local to do it. NC4x4 is full of guys with their own shops, etc.
