I don't have any part #'s, but I was able to get a slave cylinder rebuild kit from a forklift shop, the motor and maybe the gear box show up in domestic sold forklifts.

Thanks. I found a Duralast master cylinder to get me by at Autozone. It uses the same master cylinder as a Toyota pickup, '86 with the 2.4L motor. So it was cheap to identify for sure that it's the master and then hold me over until I get the JDM one.
