I have been looking at adding some new tires and a lift. Decided to go with the Toytec 3 inch. I was checking out the photos on their site and ran across this yellow FJ. I love the stance with the tires and would like to get something similar. Any of you guys have any guesses or know what size the tires are? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If I remember correctly, the wheels are 20's.

I guess I am more interested in width and height of the actual tires, planning using an 18" but I really like the stance on this yellow one.

Those are probably 32" tires. I wouldn't get 18" wheels though, you will have a hard time finding mud tires for 18s. I'd go for 16" wheels, you can get a very large variety of mud tires which fit 16s.

16's huh, sounds good to me. I have been eyeballing the Goodyear MTR's which i have had before. Now that I live in Vegas, as hard as I try, I don't seem to run in to too much mud.

I think mud tires are the best all around 4-wheelin tire. They do wear quicker on the road but I have found that they are great in mud, sand, rocks, loose soil just about any surface. Only put a little over 10,000 miles on my Destinations M/T but they have seen many different conditions and have held up very well. Keep in mind this is JMO.

Mud tires have always done great in a variety of terrains. I'd go for it.

goodyear MTRs are a good choice but you really ought to look at two or three others the Firestone Destination MT as mentioned previously seem to be pretty good, i'd highly reccomend any tire Interco makes, most notably the Truxus MT and the IROKs the interco brand is alwayts a good value and i've never heard ANYONE complain about them. also look into the Dick Cepeck Rough Country II's they're pretty damn good as well IIRC.
