I've got a 93 that's making a noise at certain RPM's. I've got a very reputable cruiser mechanic (Top Line in huntington beach) saying it needs a full rebuild, but mud members in the 80 series tech page are urging me to get a second opinion.
I really need some advice...
I'm a noob. If anyone in the orange county area would be willing to help me out I'd appreciate it!
