After some preliminary searching, I'm looking at Nilight brand bars, mostly because if they turn out to be a disaster, I won't have a whole lot invested in the project. I know Rigid and some other big name brands are solid, but I find it hard to justify that price delta based on some good reviews of the Nilights.

Has anyone had success using a Stedi wiring harness on a 32" Nilight LED bar behind an OEM 2021 grill? I'm hesitant to start messing with the OEM wiring (hence looking for plug and play) but if anyone has done this and has specific instructions/experiences with Nilight that would be great.

The goal would be to wire the bar to be used with high beams only. I'd like an on/off switch in the cab as well to effectively shut if off entirely. I do a lot of weekend driving in winter in dark/dusk lighting with limited traction. Being able to see further down the road is a big priority here with the family in the car hence the idea of rigging something up.

Any support is much appreciated and apologies if I missed an existing thread on the topic!

I mounted a Baja light bar. The OnX6+ curved Dual Control 30" 52-3003DC fit in very well and even mounted to existing screw holes.

As to wiring up, yes I would suggest an override switch to be able to disable the lightbar, while using the HiBeam as the prime driver. I suggest running a trigger wire from the Hi Beam relay fuse to a lightbar relay. I used a piggyback tap a fuse off one of the HiBeam fuses.

I've got the adapt in my 21 grill. It worked amazing in back woods west virginia a few weeks ago at 2 am. I also want to modify it to come on with the high beams.
