Thanks for wasting my time.

To seller and anyone interested. I went and looked at this truck on 9/12. I made an offer the following week that which we agreed on. I applied for loan and sent seller info for the loan with his name, truck vin, and loan amount. The one thing I needed to finalize the loan was a faxed copy of title so my bank could verify. It took about 2 and a half weeks for him to send it. He would say it was coming then it never would. I would try to contact him and he would not respond. There was some excuse everyday. Only untill I told him the deal was off did he send the fax. Fax did come and I recieved the certified check made out to him. We agreed to do the transaction on Tuesday. Right before I headed to pick up a rental car since I live 4 hours away he says that he can not do it this day. So I restructured the plans and we agreed to do the transaction on Thursday at 1230 at his work place. The sellar text me at 9 the night before and said he needed to go to PA to handle some other business, and asked if we could reschedule. I told him that I could not and I would not be able to get up there untill at best 1 and a half. This would be after my first payment was due. He did not reply untill 1030-1100 on the pick up day. Luckily I decided to call my bank and cancel the transaction. If I hadn't I would have been in Va and out 150 dollars. I can not begin to exlpain how big of a hassle this has been. The sellar said he had different emergencies every time I needed him to call or do something to get this done. If these emergencies were valid I am sorry. However I do not see, not corresponding to someone who has a substantial amount of money and time invested in them. Other issues straight from his post. 1 owner, 80,000 mi., and 10 of 10. Negative, this is the 3rd owner, 90,000, and it is fairly clean but there is a good bit of touch up paint on it and the clear coat is coming off the fender flares. Thanks for wasting a month of my time. Getting a loan and being a .......:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::ban:

Thanks for posting, I live in Chicago and have sent emails a while back and had some deals up here fall through.......thought about flying down to purchase after having family in Richmond look at it. Nice to know someone has looked at it. I won't waste my time. Thanks for posting your experience.
