lift installation and diff work

I have an OME lift on the way from Kurt at cruiseroutfitters. Anyone intrested in spending a day (weekend?) helping me install the lift when it arrives? Also, I have the opportunity to get a pretty good price on an NIB ARB air locker so I figured that if the locker was to go in then it would be a good opportunity to regear. Anyone recommend someone in the valley to regear my diffs and put an ARB lockers. Also, anyone know what it costs for a shop to regear diffs? Finally, anyone in the club willing to teach a mechanic how it install his own locker and gears? OK, I'm done begging for today .

Josh (works for Jason?) at TW is going to give me a quote on the gears tomorrow. But I really need to get the lift and tires on first and then save up the $ for gears, lockers and install...
