License Plate Holder

The area in the back that holds the license plate is lose on the passenger side. Anyone know the easiest way to tighten this up? Is it taking off to do something or removing panel from tailgate. Thanks guys!

You should be able to access the bolts from inside the tailgate after removing the carpeting. The cover with the carpeting is just clipped in, so start at one end and gently (or not) lift at each clip to remove it.
