I'm about to order the 55907-90K02 for my LH 1989 BJ75 and I doubled check the RH model on toydiy.com and it's the same part#. Am I missing something, picture is reversed like it should be

That may be correct. The only difference I can think of is the position of the ac control switch right or left side
This is water control valve cable right? I get this number for RHD 55907-90K00 . If length is not an issue, it wouldn't make any difference.
And I can also see this part on a LHD 75 series 55907-90K01

I previously discovered the heater control assembly is the same for LHD and RHD, it's just flipped over. The faceplate and blower knob are LH/RH specific.

So if been flipped over to dictate LHD & RHD, the cables would be attached on the bottom for RHD versus on top for LHD. Makes sense!
