Lexus Recall Notice

I received this recall notice from Lexus. Please check if your vehicle is included.

Strange that it doesn't mention LX470 because it certainly applies to them as well. (EDIT: I see it now in the body... Weird - wonder if the heading is a typo). It has prevented a few people on this board from being able to purchase used vehicles from dealers who won't sell them; Carmax had no issue selling me mine though with a recall disclaimer.

My question is, has anyone experienced or heard of someone else experiencing this failure?
