Gd day trying to find a way to get welcome screen on my multimedia so I could also connect my lexus app scanning my QR code

no matter what I do I cans get the wr code to show up

can any one pls help me.

Hmmm it was pretty simple iirc. Someone may have set up a profile already so you might have to delete that? I’m not at my car, but basically on the main screen, the options are on the left. Hit the bottom one that looks like a gear and the first or second option should show the user/rider profile and I think that is how it is connected to the app. I’d start by looking there and make sure there isn’t a profile already created. Without more info, it’s hard to say

Thank you very much. I have done this procedure and could not find it even after doing a reset.
I’m not able to get a qr code any more ideas please ?
