This shows what was going on, the RED circles is where the OEM harness with split and connected with a new wire. The GREEN circles show where someone had torn the blue metal sleeve (witch you can see in other pics below) and connected a wire from the sleeve back into the harness?? Don’t know why because the COPPER WIRES CARRY THE SIGNAL and THE BLUE SLEEVE IS NOT COPPER SO IT MUST BE THERE TO PROTECT IT?!?

I ordered a OEM pin removal tool to pull the pins out and get some new (same gage wire) and re wire and shrink wrap the places I will splice it in and then shrink wrap the whole harness also. It’s gonna be a couple days because I’m gonna be waiting on that part but it’ll look pretty when I’m done.
Also, don’t know about Toyota but Lexus still has OEM Harnesses for around 600$ in stock. Gonna be putting one on order just to have.
