Making stuff with your own hands is the most fun of having a truck like this, at least in my opinion...

Okay very simple to do, zero specialized tools, just a steady hand and some calculations..

I bolt this tube on the vice so i can roll the edges little by little.

For the ribs I made a channel with my router on a piece of scrap wood, and then use a brass robs with the edges round it to pound the ribs (much easier to do that I was anticipating)
