We are getting closer to the date. Please go to the polls and sign up. We would like to have a 10+ rig turn out if possible.
 
I would like to have a solid 10 rig turn out. Just 4 more to go!
 
JERK! :) so that is 7 rigs.
 
I have a small inverter that should run lights on my rig.
If possible, get an inverter or generator and light up your rigs. IF we have a generator and good drivers, we can link up two rigs as long as the cord is brakeaway . . . but then again, this might be a good Darwin award winner for oops.
 
what time does the parade start or did I miss that ? :confused:

Good to see you made it to the forum.

Go to the usercp tab at the top of the page. On the left hand side there is a bunch of options. Go to the bottom of the options and there is a tab that says group membership. Click on it and find south valley BOD or Central valley crawlers BOD. I dont know if the name has changed yet. Click on it and ask to be a member, then I can approve you.
 
Tomorrow in the AM is the deadline. Everyone that says they are going, please PM me with what type, year, and lisence plate number of your rig. I will also need your nam, home address, and emergency contact phone number and person of contact. (for the form).
I need this informatin by tomorrow so I can drop off the materilas to the city by 4pm.

I did this last week I checked agagin and it shows that I'm in this group????
 
OK I have contact information for the following. I will drop off the paperwork in the AM Wednesday.
I will post some ideas we might want to do and information about when and where to meet. If you want the actual PDF with info, email me and I can send it to you.

I am sure it will be OK. It isn't like trying to get into New York's Xmas parade or anything. I will leave a few open spaces and see if we can do some TBA type entrances. No worries. Paperwork going today.

Actually, since I am the "trail leader" for this run, I wanted to have everyones information in case of emergency. Figure it is a good policy to set for runs inthe future. Everyone needs to have someone with all of the information.

We are taken care of and have 10 rigs signed up for the central valley crawlers!

Since this thread is getting packed, I was going to start a new one for suggestions on how to decorate rigs if anyone is into that.
