I believe the accurate legal answer to that question depends on the cup size and how much cleavage is exposed.

Nope. Yammering is yammering. Nice cleavage gets you a few bonus minutes when there is opportunity for boobage viewing later in the evening, but not during the game.

Yammering is perfectly acceptable during any sporting event involving Michigan, Ohio State, or Notre Dame. I don't make the rules, I just enforce them.
