I installed a set of Toyota LED headlights in my 2012 Sequoia with the xrunnerdude DRL harness since I have factory DRL. After I installed everything, the DRL appeared to work fine, they were always on, which is normal.
Now, they are only on with the headlights when the switch is set to auto, but they work fine when I turn the switch to DRL. They no longer run during the day on auto.
The second issue that I found, now that I am digging into this is that the DRLs are always on the dim setting. I have never seen them run on high when the headlights are off.
Anyone run into this or have advice on what to check?
