Hopefully this isn't too non-tech for tech, but if the flashlight thing is ok, I'm posting this! :-)

I keep my truck outside and am amused/annoyed about how many leaves/sticks/junk gets stuck in the upper part inside the rear hatch. Sometimes that junk falls inside while the hatch is up.

Anyone have any tricks to deal with that?

very funny guys :-P

It is parked under trees so there's always tons of leaves in there and swiping it is what causes the junk to come into the truck. I just don't want bugs going in there too is mostly my issue (still not used to texas bugs, that's a whole 'nother can of worms)

I was hoping there was some way to put some extra liner up there or something that wouldn't block the hatch from opening, but I guess I'm the only one with this peeve...

I park my truck under a live oak at home and at work and have the same issue. I use a soft bottle brush to brush it out and just keep the brush in the back.
More of a concern is the debris that collects inside the front fenders. You can see it if you shine a flashlight in through the door opening. It comes in through the hood and goes down through the hinge opening. I blow it out with air and then flush it out with a hose a couple times a year. If you don't it will turn into dirt and mud and rot out the fender from the inside.
