Leaky sunroof fix

Anyone used Flex Seal to seal a sunroof once and for all? Sunroof has been leaking so much and I was cleaning drains until the mechanism stopped working. I just sprayed several coats of Flex Seal and hope to be done with the issue.

I can't imagine how covering the sunroof wouldn't stop a leaking sunroof. The question becomes was it the sunroof that was leaking?

Probably his drains. I had to scrape years of silicone fixes off of my 02. In doing so I even cut the outer gasket a bit. Cleared my drains and it does not leak. The paint looks horrible up there but better than a mess of silicone. I would advise against the silicone or other sealing method.
